Hi, has anyone changed the frontend of Ducato? Mine is 2000 and I'd like to update it to 2003-5. Looks like it needs wings, bonnet, grille, bumper, headlights and possibly slam panel. Any help will be much appreciated, Peter

have now completed fitting of 2005 front end- bonnet, wings, bumper, grille, lights to 2000 ducato motorhome. main problem was some fixings are in slightly different position but not a big problem. lose the remote headlamp alignment function- old is vacuum, new is motorised- could be wired up but haven't bothered. it makes the vehicle look much better and has much improved lights. I bought a van with gearchange problem from auction so it was easier to compare differences as I stripped it. I'm well pleased with the result

Cool, did you have to make up brakets and adjuster plates or just drill new holes / hammer modify the existing ones?

Just what I am looking into, like Corcai I would much appreciate more detail, as the fittings look significantly different i.e. The two large bolts securing the front end

mainly just drilling new holes. bonnet catch needed modification because cable comes in from opposite side on later model. wiring for headlamps needed modification and (a job still to do) I will have to fit a relay on main beam as the load is now doubled from the old dual filament lamps
