First time user. I hope I have come to the right place.

Vehicle 2012 Motorhome. Ducato motor Multijet 130.

Problem: From the motor compartment I am getting a strange noise as soon as I turn the key. I believe that the source is the headlight adjustment motor. If I adjust the level, I get a similar sound from the right hand side, but there the whirring sound stops. On the left hand side the sound continues.

I have not managed to locate the motor (big hands), nor any indication of how to control the motor.

Is there a seperate fuse that I can remove to determine that the problem is the motor, or does this also take out the headlight?

Adjustment on-the-road is seldom used anyway, so is it possible to isolate the motor?
