If its not under warranty, try iveco for the injectors they are much cheaper over here:

Mine is still running just fine. Albeit the bump stops on the rear suspension were shot!

I sent the injector off for repair / reconditioning. They reported back that they were unable to fix it and believed that it may have an internal crack.

Have you got any iveco dealers nearby as the injectors are exactly the same.
