Hi guys. Does anyone know how to get the egr valve out of a 2007 2.2 van? I can see it's at the front but I can't work out which would be the best way to get it out. Any instructions would be great. Thanks

How dare you even contemplate doing that particular modification its been well proven to be a morality issue the fact Ive done it to an older model is totally irrelevant lol. Bad poor taste jokes aside do like most of us do and start undoing things that look like they connect to it if its vacuum operated dont forget to block off the hose from the controller, if its water cooled see where it plugs into the system do you have to reroute hoses or make new fittings for the block big tip google what else the motor fits and see if there is an agricultural equivalent find a relevant dealer and go parts shopping .All i say is if its not working now you playing with it removing it wont change that wd40 and a good set of spanners are your friends thats how i worked it out with mine when youve got it sorted put it back into the forum as a how to and enjoy one or two cleansing ales cheers Adam

did it on my 3l ducato all working fine you have to buy a kit £50 off ebay
I am in the motor trade get 3 or 4 calls a month on cars with egr faults
most of the time they are blocked up cars that do long and short runs
so you will get a fault at some time
