Cannot get in through the side door both inside and outside handles will not open. it is the rear catch that is holding it, is there a way to release the rear catch from inside the door, unfortunately it is impossible to see how the latch works.

Year, model, high/low roof?

Remove inner door panels and should be a cable come off, pull on a few of them until you find the cable for the rear catch and the door will open
