Year 2000 motorhome, that is admittedly heavy

I know that it can't be mapped as it has a mechanical fuel pump, but I have heard you can get an electronic box that can be attached to the fuel delivery system to boost the bhp a tad.

Usual problem of being overtaken on inclines by all manner of lorry

Other than that all is good. Just had cambelt changed with full service and is delivering 27mpg

Mine's a mechanical injection motorhome (EuraMobil 635) Y reg, 2000/2001. It's fine, I don't have any problems keeping up with traffic, or any particular problems on hills either. I'm never in a hurry, but if I was then I'd ride my motorbike instead. Is the performance really that bad?
Interesting that you should get 27mpg - mine does too, and that's exactly what it advises in the handbook so there can't be much wrong, if anything.
So is there a specific problem - for example it will only do 10mph up a 1 in 10 hill? cheers Steve

Guess I am getting used to it now

Trundles along really nicely on the straight

As you say if I want to go fast I take the 300bhp car
