Went to change pollen filter. took out the 3 screws as per instructions. Lifter the fabric screen out of the way and was confronted by a flat metal plate to the floor. Nothing like on my previous 2007 ducato 160. Can anybody tell me if the Euro 5 has a pollen filter or not ? Previous ducato had air con and a pollen filter, Euro 5 has air con but dont know where the filter is.

Hi Rolopolo, thats what I thought but when I took out the three screws and took away the screen etc all I could see was solid metal. I did see the USB input though. Nothing like previous 2007 ducato 160. I see that you have recently had a service but no pollen filter listed. Maybe they dont have them on the Euro 5 if you have air con fitted ?

It's possible you need to go further in mate

I have seen that post before. I take it that it is the centre console. When I have indone the 3 screws as shown in stage 1, you lift the fabric screen up and the filter cage should be there but on mine there is nothing. If anybody else has a Euro 5 can you let me know if its there or have they moved it.

Will have a look at mine if I get chance tomorrow mate, after work if I get chance and let you know, I'm intrigued to see if there's one there now

Cheers mate, I am off to Hull tomorrow to spend xmas with the other halfs family so will not have access to computer. Whilst up there I will take filter with me and remove the 4 screws from the metal plate as I have a feeling it is befind there. You will notice that the centre console box has a different locking mechanism to the pre Euro 5.

Any luck mate? I opened glove box then realised my torx bits were at home, so haven't had chance to look at mine,

Hi Rolopolo, yep Euro 5 pollen filter access is different. You remove the 3 screws holding the flap and prize it away as per instructions. From then on it is different. there are 4 torx screws 2 up top and 2 down below. Remove them. Then there are 2 torx screws where the upper catch of the glove box closes at the top. Remove them. You should have 9 torx screws in total all the same length. The whole glove compartment will then come away and you will see the filter cover. This is held in place by 2 small 4 or 5mm bolts/screws. make sure you put the filter in the right way up.

Bit old this post, but today I have tried to remove the glovebox on my 2013 euro 5 to replace pollen filter, I found 13 Tory screws (all of the same size as Pasty007 said)and removed all but still the glove box didn't want to come away from the dash, I was reluctant to use too much force incase I damaged something,is there anybody out there replaced there's yet!!!!

Can't remember how, but there were some odd sized bolts in there too, but basically the whole glove box assembly needs to be removed, to gain access,
