Ihave a 2005 fiat ducato 2.0 jtd DW10 RVH and the right oil filter is a 0071753741 but they cost a lot about £13 the same van in a peugeot boxer of the same year has oil filter 1109AL at £9.62 I thought I would buy 10 from e-bay £20 plus £7.50 post & pack and at just £2.75 each, but they have sent me 1109T1 they say they are the same but I am not happy that is the best for my engine can you help Ray

Use the correct genuine filter ! Be it fiat Citroen or Peugeot ! Really not worth the money saved , you will feel pretty sick if your cheap filter breaks down and takes out the engine . My old lotus used to have a non-return valve in the filter , but the pattern ones didn't !
that is good advice i am in the process of sending them back but the seller does not want to give the full refund i think i'll just have to axcept it's just bad luck i've used ebay for years and this is only the second time it has gone wrong , buy the peugeot 1109AL is a good genuine filter cheaper and more readily available and the dw10 engine is a peugeot engine i just dont know what the 1109T1 fits and i will not take the risk thank you one and all ray
