Hi
We have broken down in France with a broken gear change cable x250 3 ltr 2007
Have been told none in France so awaiting delivery from Italy.
The cable is the one that moves when the gear lever moves forward and back.
Has any one a idea how long it will take to replace and is there any pitfalls i need to look out for.

while you are waiting give all the other moving parts a good soaking / lubrication,
chances are it was something else going tight that took out the cable,

I take that as a no then.
Never mind I struggled all day and sorted it my self.
