Read all your posts with interest but as I'm over 50 and a novice when it comes to computers, can you please tell me what is the procedure for downloading on here as I'm totally confused.

I too own a 2003 Ducato Motorhome but I find the whole prospect of downloading this manual a novices nightmare. Can anyone in simple English give me a simplified point-by-point instruction on what I need to do?

I appreciate this question has been asked many times but honestly I don't think enough information is provided in the downloads section of this forum...in fact I'd go as far to say...unless you are computer literate, it's very daunting indeed..... there is no help at all on there???

Ebay description is misleading as these discs were phased out 5 years ago & are not the 'official' manual however for a couple of quid you can't go wrong

Can you please advise how to download the manual for a 2003 model, here on the forum as it's not clear what to do even if you're a novice??

No offence but this is not a computer forum You spend how many thousand on a motorhome but wont spend a few quid on a disc.....doesn't make sense!

No, you are wrong to imply what you have in relation to the downloads and being computer literate.

This Forum, when it offers data on manuals then it should at least support the user with some downloading help...it's just courteous.

Also, before you start making defamatory remarks about users on here regarding discs and the cost of motor homes. Firstly, get your facts right because the CD's on ebay are not up to date and official according to people who have purchased them.

The members on here have hopefully some knowledge and interest in Fiat vans and are usually happy to share this knowledge, even though there is usually no commercial gain to them from doing this.

For you to post up and demand help with your computer shortcomings is, at the least discourteous, and at the best fruitless, because most of us equally flounder with computer problems.

If you look back through the backpages of threads you will note that this issue has been raised before and you may then glean some suggestions from the various replies as how to proceed.

You are the type of individual that re-inforces my prejudice in ignorant attitudes pervaded on these forums!!

I told you that(read post #3 ) Amnyway your motorhome is 10 years old so what's the problem.

This forum (and the people/members who pay for it and help in their precious spare time) owe you nothing.

Absolute waste of mine and other members time.
