Been doing some routine maintenance jobs on my 1998 Fiat Ducato Motorhome whilst its off road for the season. While I was underneath I noticed a few quite bad rust patches, not enough to penetrate through. I wanted some advice on the best way to treat it, I was thinking of taking as much off as possible with a wire brush, then applying rust killer to the areas before spraying with some underseal spray with added waxoil.

Is this the correct way of doing this.

hi paul, you seem to have the right idea but i prefer to paint on the underseal as you can go as thick as you like and it is cheaper.
