ducato 2.0jtd engine management light comes on and coolant fan cuts in
the fan stops and light go's out any one know where the sensor is

ive got same fault on mine 2.0jtd on 04 plate,ive been told its in plastic box thats just behind thermostat houseing or bolted into radiator, but ive checked both places n sensor ive been given by car company isnt anything like whats in there now ,so im watchin ur post n see if anyone can shed any light on where its located,:bang:

fan is ECU controlled, best to scan for errors and pay particular attention to the code description (short/open circuit etc)
