Hi,
Read your posts with interest but as I'm over 50 and a novice when it comes to computers, can you please tell me what is the procedure for downloading on here as I'm totally confused.
I too own a 2003 Ducato Motorhome but I find the whole prospect of downloading this manual a novices nightmare. Can anyone in simple English give me a simplified point-by-point instruction on what I need to do?
I appreciate this question has been asked many times but honestly I don't think enough information is provided in the downloads section of this forum...in fact I'd go as far to say...unless you are computer literate, it's very daunting indeed..... there is no help at all on there???:bang:

an ISO file is a so-called image of the plate already ready to launch, in the computer you must only install the virtual disk and it is everything, take Daemon Tools down for yourself Solid he is opening ISO images

1) downloading the file which needs ISO from the side
2) unpacking it of WIN RAR or ZIP
3) don't only unpack all RAR files first, provided there are a few parts
4) download the Daemon Tools program from the Internet, after charging you are installing in the computer
5) creating the virtual disk and you are installing the downloaded unpacked program in the virtual disk

Now go back to basics and explain 'unpack', WinRAR, WinZip, virtual disk, etc ....
