Good evening fellow fiat lovers! Im a newbie to the forum but im a previous Renault master technican and up and coming fiat D.E.T in a new dealership, if after a bit of afvive regarding a eeprom memory fault which has me confused! Have any of you guys came across it? Its a 2007 ducato 2.2 puma and the faukt arises immediately after start up

Thanks for the reply, iv carried out both pilot learn and injector pump replacement as per examiner, it seems to be a loss of voltage under cranking conditions, however at the ecu the voltage supply against the ecu earth never drops lower than v batt. If however jump leads are applied to the vehicle the fault never appears. Volt drop on battery, earth's, starter etc all perfect and the starter and ecu have been changed- ...

When doing this have you a battery charger connected, also when the update was done was a battery charger connected?

Is this error causing any issues, non-start, engine light on etc?

Finally, do you mean P0603?

Yes I mean p0603! Im still getting used to this new phone! Yes a battery charger was connected during ecu update before replacement and during ecu replacement, using midtronics equalising charge. After the battery is fully charged the van will start without any eml on but if switched off and re started 5 mins later it will re-appear, this has led me to think the alternator is not producing all it should, charging does climb to 14.2v but not straight away and amps are 20a less then a comparable van hence im swapping the alternator with a known good one

Im using witech with examiner emulator, iv swapped the alternator and deleted the code. Started and stopped several times and now it seems ok- just going to have a cold start in the morning il kerp you posted- thanks again for your replies.
