Technical Resetting on board computer

I have a Euro 5 2012 Ducato,how do you reset the on board computer.
I cannot find any obvious button to press.
Also I do not have external temp.

If by reset you mean, something on the trip computer, like average mpg, once you have the average mpg displayed, press and hold the button at the end of the right-hand stalk, The mpg will be replaced by a line of dash.
