Just uploaded the Ducato 1994-2002 DTE workshop manual to the forum downloads section here: https://www.fiatforum.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=23

You need to download all 4 parts to the same folder then point WinRar to part 1. That will unzip all 4 parts to create an image file named "DTE Manuale Tecnico D'officina - Fiat Ducato.iso" Use the image file to burn a CD then instal the DTE interface from the disc. That will create a DTE icon on your desktop. Double click the icon to run the program. The CD must be in the drive when using the program.

NOTE this is an older format version of the late 230 & early 244 Ducato with the Multijet engines as in 2.0 2.3 & 2.8JTD engines the same engines as the 02-06 eLearn. It does NOT cover the 94 - late 90s non Common Rail engines or the 230 model Ducato. Not sure if it will even work on the latest versions of Windows!

It won't it needs an ancient version of internet exploder and active x as the html is full of IE specific bugs. You can get it to work by editing the html in chrome to reveal link / obscured buttons.
