the sill under my side door is rotten on my 2004 swb and i cant find one only for the 1999 model
is it common for it to rot there also the inner sill has gone
where in the uk could i get replacements thank yoy

Not as common on the facelift model, very common on the older one. Usually rots because the drain channels are blocked. I'd say the profile is similar enough or identical on the 99 one call castleford they will know. Might be worth waxoyling/dintroling while you have it open.

I replaced the sill on my 2002 pre face lift model with the earlier listed part.The sill profile was the same I just trimmed it to fit. I will have to tackle the offside one at sometime in the future.Have seen someone selling the sill in 6 ft lengths which should do me fine.
Ps I had to weld a plate to repair the inner sill on mine as well .

Just email them, they can probably supply the others or you may have to use a couple of the shorter ones, have you checked the dealer, the price was something like €75 when I looked into it a couple of years ago.

same thing so the sill is from 1994 -2006 great news
