Hi everyone I'm struggling to find flywheel to engine torque settings for my 2.0 jtd , are the bolts reusable ,? Thanks Gary

I thought so to, but this has com from a peugeot manual for the same engine.
The instructions for mine (2008 2.2) is 32.5Nm and angle tighten by 75 degrees.

Just checked it in the Ducato eLEARN manual, seems it is 4.8daNm (48Nm). About a third the torque of a car wheel nut. Still doesn't right to me though.

Thanks for the info , I had the 48 nm setting , which come from auto data , but it seemed too low , with 75 degrees that'll make it a lot better , Can i reuse the old bolts with loctite ? Gary

As we've now got the same figure of 48Nm for the 2.0 JTD engine from the Peugeot manual, the Fiat eLEARN manual and Autodata, that should be the correct torque, so the extra 75° shouldn't be necessary.

I'm not familiar with the 2.0 JTD engine but when I replaced the clutch and dual mass flywheel on my 1.9 JTD, the bolts had a combined locking/sealing compound on them. The sealant was required to prevent engine oil leaking through the threads in the end of the crankshaft in to the bell housing. I bought new bolts for it rather than try to get the old stuff off and re-apply the correct compound. New bolts came with the compound already applied.
