I have just bought a 96 ducato camper. The problem I have is the the rear axle is citreon 14" wheels with 2&3/4" stud centres and the front standard 16" fiat wheels. I want to find out if I can replace the rear hubs and brake drum with the same stud configuration as the front. If so what do I look for.

I think the rear wheels are standard and the front 16inch are from a later van. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
