Hi, I have a 2001 fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD and having problems starting when cold, been using hair dryer lol. Is the problem heater plugs and if so where are they located ? cheers for any help much appreciated

Probably has a flame plug in the intake unless its a panorama in which case it mught have a an electric heater in the intake, either way it should start with those inoperational with a fully charged, decent battery, I'd check the fault codes.
