I'm currently rebuilding my engine, however because of the high mileage and lack of service history, I want to replace the conrod bolts.

The problem is that I can't source any new bolts, dose anyone know anywhere that would be able to get hold of some?

Have tried ford who want me to buy a 'short block', frustrating when I can get brand new pistons, rings and shell bearings.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I do find it strange when ford have their name on every part........
