Hi,

I have a 2001, 2.8 jtd ducato and i am getting an engine judder between 2000 - 2500 rpm. I have sent it for a diagnostic and they are telling me it is the spped control sensor that is causing the problem and to have this fitted will cost around £180. Has anybody had this problem or have any thoughts on this? I dont want to start chucking money at it if im not sure this will solve the problem.

Sure its not the No. 4 injector wiring that has been proved to be reasonably common fault on some of the 2.8 JTDs. There are posts on here regarding the problem -
