Ducato 2.8 diesel turbo
Been having starting problems on my 1994 van. Changed battery but when I took off +ive terminal found a loose length of cable from it. Now starts ok but can't seem to find a home for the loose cable. Did find a terminal connection loose under old battery but can't anywhere for it to go. Other two lengths of cable are connected to their relevant points.
Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Ducato 2.8 diesel turbo
If this is a loose piece of cable, not taped in the loom, and just stripped back and clamped under the pos term, it will most likely be for an accessory. Have you checked all electrics. It could be supply to a driving/fog lamp relay, air horns, amp, etc. If all electrics work ok, then tie the wire back out of the way, but watch the wiper linkage above the battery.
