Hi,

Could someone please tell me the location of the fuel filter on my 53 plate ducato 2.0 jtd?

I cant see it from opening the bonnet so i am assuming its low down and towards the back of the engine?

Thanks,

Matt

According to the workshop manual, it should be in the engine compartment fixed to the bulkhead. Righ hand side looking from the front of the van.

Thanks Davren. Will have a look in the morning.

I found out today that its the high pressure fuel pump thats faulty.

Does anyone know how much a re-con pump would be or where the best place to source one?

Thanks

I had a price from a local parts supplier for £411 & vat for brand new pump so was hoping to get a recon for cheaper than that? Do you know of any bosch agents in uk I can contact?

Actually your pretty lucky same pump is in Citroen Berlingo,C5 , Evasion,Jumper Citroen Jumpy,Xsara 66/80kw Fiat Ducato,Scudo,Ulysse 2.0JTD 62/80kw Peugeot 206,306,307,406,607,Boxer Peugeot Expert,Partner 2.0 HDI 66/80kw

Should be easy enough to find a low mile secondhand one in your local breakers.

Hi all.

Just to update you all and to thank you all for your help and comments!

I just got my van back today. I went for a re-con pump in the end and all is fine except one little thing.

The guy also fitted a new battery for me and now the radio is asking for a code and its not written down anywhere. How do i go about getting a new code?

Thanks

Matt

That would be brill darven.

I will need to get a set of pins over the next day or two to remove the radio then i will post.

May thanks
