My oil light is flickering once the engine reaches temperature.Especially at hig revs then the light is more steady. Any ideas anyone ? Any help gratefully accepted

Faulty oil switch or shorted wire. Disconnect wire, test drive, if ok replace oil switch. Shouldn't cost much. Don't need genuine.
