Bought a 1999 motor home on Ducato 2.8 chassis. Code key light kept coming on when driving. Went to take it out the following weekend and code key light came on permanently and obviously it won't start. A week later it was ok, found the code by itself. A few days later it lost its code again and haven't been able to get it started. Any ideas?:(

Have you tried the spare key ??

I used to work in a fiat garage. They are really common for the immobiliser ecu going faulty. The immobilser is a small white box bolted to the middle of the steering column. You would be better to get it up lifted to your local dealer. if its the immobilser ecu that is faulty then it will take 30 mins to diagnose
