Problem:

Turn headlights on
Main Beam OK
Try to dip
Clattering from relays, lights go out!
Can also be reversed ie Dip ok, try to switch to main, no lights!
Sometimes via holding the flash arm and moving to main/dip it does switch but a dangerous process! so only done once!

I have found where i think the relay(s) are but the clattering vibrates the all the left hand block of 4 relays

Whats the problem? Duff relay? Which one is it! Where do i get replacement?

If you grip the relay between thumb and forefinger you should be able to feel a sharper click on the ones thats switching.

I'd check your switch with a multimeter when you have no lights.
