Hi Ian, what stage are you at? Have you removed the cam? Becarful when removing the tension on the outside carries is enough to brake one or both if you don't remove the mounting bolts correctly. I know for experence.

just getting all the bits together at the mo going to start it at the w/end if i can get a little more information on it ,

you say the outside carries ? there seems to be only 2 in the centre,
the ends seem to be carried in the casing
