Hi this is my first post and I hope you guys can help.
I have a Hymer Fiat Ducato 15 Maxi motorhome on a 2.8 jtd engine (2004).
I have a faulty injector connector on No.2 cylinder and I am wondering if you can purchase a pigtail connector that you can solder into the wiring loom in order to avoid changing the entire harness.
I have crimped the contacts and at present it is behaving but would prefer to change the connector.
I suspect this part is not available from Fiat but does anyone know of a supplier.
Thanks in anticipation
Jenko

You're best bet is a bosch center I'd say, a guy over at the (motorhome forum, can't find the link) got his loom spliced for 80 quid the bosch center had the connectors in stock.

Hi there
I'm having the same same problem with a connector on my motorhome. I know this is a few years after you got your problem solved, but could you tell me the branch of Bosch where you got your connector from please as I'm having trouble sourcing these.
Hope you can help.

Did you get to locate the pigtail. I need one also. It would be great if anyone knows where to buy one.

A M8 of mine had this problem in France, the garage done away with the plastic on connectors (3 yrs ago) they soldered all of them on, 40euros. never had a problem since.

I've just fitted one of these to Hymer B584 according to the parts man at Fiat this part No 1350885080 N/STK Cable Harness this is for a 2004/2005 Ducato 2.8JTD, however it fitted my camper. Just to make sure we are talking about the same fault mine was the injector warning coming on and the engine reverting to limp home mode. The plug supplied is identical to the original plug but with crimp cable connections it's a simple fix just watch the cables, the replacement cables are red & white, on my vehicle they are both white with numbers on. The replacement allows for extra cable length thereby getting over the problem of tight cables on No 1 & 4 injectors. Interestingly my fault was detected on No 2 injector. Each plug/cable is sold separately at £24 each, now that I've fitted one as a test I will be replaing the other three.
