Can anyone help? I have a 2004 2.3 JTD and need to know what size and thread the gearbox studs are? All four studs have been stripped and I am wanting to use heli coils to re-thread the damaged threads in the gearbox casing but don't know what size the original studs were.
Some cowboy has tried to use larger bolts in an attempt to try and rectify the problem!!!
Any ideas would be great.
