Hello chaps.

I'm after some help!
I've cracked the smaller, lower lense on the drivers side wing mirror of my fiat motorhome. I'm about to order a replacement but haven't got a clue how to remove the damaged lense or fit the replacement.

Could someone in the know please point me in the right direction!?!??!
