Hello out there in the cyberworld!
I am going to change the complete set of belts and pulleys in my Burstner mobile home 2004mod. Enginetype: F1AE0481.
This one is motorised with a 2,3 JTD engine, I guess this is an Iveco.
My question is, if there is someone who has got some info about settings on crankshaft pully and camshaft pully, or even better some drawings of this? Also very thankfull for all hints and trix.

Beste regards

Attached are 3x Doc files of the procedure for replacing the timing belt on a 2.3JTD the "EO" version is with the engine removed from the vehicle which is a bit clearer & the "Timing cover" version is what has to be removed to do the job. Need special tools but these probably could be improvised. Whole procedure looks pretty complicated.
Cheers

Thank you so very much! This was superb.............now I can roll up my sleeves, and start the job.

Most complicated job is to be very accuratly/careful, and not tuch anything before you know what to do next.
Therefore this information I got, is the very most important thing for a job like this.
Best regards
Harald
