The dipped headlights on my 2008 Fiat Ducato 2.2 litre Adria Twin motorhome won't stay on. When I switch them to full beam, they stay on. My dealer tried twice to fix this. I also have a problem with windscreen wipers freezing and I suspect both problems are connected. I have paid a lot of money for a van that I can't drive at night ! Help !

It's the body control computer putting a voltage on the negative side of the headlamp relay coil and on the negative side of the wiper motor control circuit it probably doesn't happen when the engine isn't running and voltage is around 12/13 volts With engine running voltage is around 14.8 and the faul occurs.
