Hi all,

I have a 2006 Doblo (Seven seater) :slayer: , which has just undergone its 24,000 mile service. We did not take it to a Fiat dealer, as last time we did they did an awful job . However it was serviced to Fiat's specification, apart from one problem.

The garage we took the car to was unable to reset the service and oil change interval :bang: . anyone any ideas?

I was not convinced that they knew what they were doing - they did not know that they had to reset the 'oil change' interval, as well as the service interval.

Customer service was awful (not even a sorry we had to drag you on a 40 mile round trip to reset something we should have know about).

Other garage didn't know either!

It is a 1.3 Multi-jet

You do know that its quite likely you have to change the oil at a different time from the rest of the service...the oil degeneration sensor & service indicators have to be reset (by mileage) at the correct time by Fiat dealer.
