I have a WORKSHOP manual that I've had a lot of use out of it (but other things are lacking and it does take you a while to understand ). If your looking for the USER manual that you should have had with the car then go to Fiat and they can probably supply you with one. Else, check e-bay!
If you have the passenger version 40psi all round is fine, if you've got a heavy load in the back and 4 passengers, I'd put it up to the 45psi stated in the book.
Mine's an 06 plate 1.9jtd 105bhp with Pirelli 185/65 R15 88T tyres.
According to my book, pressures are 2.3bar all round for medium load (up to 3 people + 50kg). with a full load, fronts are 2.3 and rear are 2.7.
Online conversion tables show these to be 33psi front and 39psi rear
I have a 1.9JTD SX '03 plate. The fully loaded pressures are what I use. Seems ok and I'm sure I read elsewhere on the forum that others do the same. They are 2.6 bars at the front and 3.0 bars at the rear.
Unless yours is just a D then these should be exactly the same. Non-turbo's might be a little different.
