Hey there guys n gals! As some of you may already know, my Doblo and some other FF members are going to be on a stand at this years Welsh Motor Show, at Chepstow Racecourse, Saturday 26!

The purpose of me and the Doblo is promotion to the Forum, since we're one of only a few who support the Doblo, then this will show the many thousands of people visiting the event that if they have one they should come here! So get ready to welcome the wave of new people :p

If you're around, why not come along? The show will be great fun for everyone and of course you'll get to meet me and the Doblo (not that you'd want to meet me of course ;)) as well as other members of the FF that we commonly know by their usernames not their real names!. I'll take plenty of pics for you though and cross my fingers that it won't rain :D

I have asked for a little dark corner for the Doblo :p :p :D

Fast Finger, mines the silver one although I would love the blue one in my Sig, will change it when I get a better pic of my car don't worry :p

Oh and Steve, I'm sure there'll be plenty of visitors to that little black corner of yours ;)
 
Due to typical Welsh weather, I just cleaned the car and it absolutely poured down! Never mind, here's some pics of the finished article, looks quite nice don't you think ;)

Apart from washing the car I also washed and waxed it, "Back 2 Black'ed" all the trim and the same on the wheels! If a bird sh*ts on my car before tomorrow I'll look like this guy :bang:
Hopefully it'll be a nice day and a good one for all! :)

Weather forcast this morning said that Saturday will be the best day of the bank holiday [fingers crossed] :D
 
Let's hope so. Might head over a little earlier myself, I'll have a quick cup of tea or something then before we have to head off :)

And it's literally pouring down now and it's gone dark and gloomy, I feel a storm coming on... It's usually nicer where Steve lives than here! Not sure about you Phil :p

Ozzie,

Thats nice and shiney,...... you obviously do a lot of polishing in you spare time;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ..... and also on the Doblo.:D

Your wheel trims, although not as cool as the alloys others are sporting, are a huge improvement on the centre caps on Mrs_G's Cargo. Next time you take them off can you make a note of the part number so that I can get a price for some.

No problem, they're sold on eBay from time to time as well :) and thanks for the lovely comments ;) can't believe how early I've got to get up though! :(

It's well and truly rained cats and bl**dy dogs on my car now, gonna have to drive about 40mph not to kick up any road dirt tomorrow! That won't happen though judging by the rest of the vehicles in the convoy :p

*EDIT*: They have a few similar ones here!

Hello there! Just a little update on how the day went...

Although it was a bit quieter than we expected we all had a really good day! 7 cars altogether including the Doblo, as well as 2 Stilos, 2 Puntos, a Panda 4x4 and Cinq! We all had a great laugh and there were some good features of the show but we have a few suggestions for next year don't we guys. Here's some photos of the FF stand at the Welsh Motor Show 06 :D

We'll hopefully set up a Gallery for the show in... yes you guessed it... the gallery! There you'll be able to see pictures of the whole event :)

Who's the guy looking at your doblo then Ozz :p Here's a caption for the pic :idea: would be nice to fill these arches with big big round things :worship:
and your boot is nice and big and quite comforable to :p and I was suprised how nippy the doblo is as you zipped past me while traveling to the Show that morning :eek: lol think you realised who I was though when I ziped past you a bit farther on down the M4 :devil:
 
Just proves how fast the Doblo is ;) although not as fast as a Stilo as was proven yesterday in the early hours of the morning!

As I said, I can't wait to start modifying the Doblo now, going to the show has made me wanna get going on it! Alloys first I think, then A-Bar, and hopefully some tints when I switch insurance companies! Should look pretty cool then.

I can't believe how nice it shined up, I'm gonna be so gutted now when it gets dirty again :( must have been all that polishing ;)
