Technical runs really lumpy on tick over

Hi All,
I have an 2008 active 1.9 JTD 160 thou it runs really lumpyon tick over, any pointers to sort this out.

is it the same hot + cold,
had any injector work done..,??

worth scanning for fault codes as well..,

Charlie,
Same hot or cold, no work been done just the timing belt, i scanned for faults none shown, I will try scanning with the engine running.

at 160,000 miles there is of course potential for serious wear,
however - did the rough idle happen at the time of the belt change..??
