I would like some reassurance for a purchase that I have just made


I needed to replace my ageing 1994 Toyota previa 2.4 auto as it has become tired and expensive to run due to its terrible fuel consumption (19 mpg !!!!)


I have just gone and got my self a Fiat doblo.


its a 57 plate Dynamic model with the 120 bhp 1.9 multijet engine.


its only got 42,000 on the clock and is in excellent condition.


it has a new clutch last year,
it has had the DPF removed and the ECU modified to match,
it had a new EGR valve a couple of years ago.


I would like to hear your views and opinions to help me please.


I have always been abit afraid of fiats after working in a fiat garage in the parts dept for 5 years (about 9 years ago).


but I could find anything with less than 100,000 miles and didnt look like it had been attacked by a hoard of wild kids.

forgot to mention that I will be fitting it with twin electrics to tow a 1000kg Avondale caravan and with luggage and 2 adults plus 3 growing children.
