right heres as much info as i can give

fuel pumps diesel into filter
battery is good
new glow plugs
new service
no warning lights on dash
engine turns quickly (assuming starter mototr fine)

bad points:
it turns but just doesn't quiet start (maybe once out of 15 tries)
half tank of diesel...yet low fuel light is on :s
and the there's a buzzing noise...which apparently should stop once glow plug light goes of (well mine doesn't it just keeps going ::s

help anyone im going crazy lol
