£250 . but where you are will make the labour rate (60% of job) vary A LOT

For a geniune Fiat cambelt kit (tensioner and idler in kit) + waterpump
round about £100. Just look on fleabay and there's a geniune Cambelt kit for £70 and the pump can vary. Cheaper kits available if you want to take a chance.

Go Gates or FIAT. It's not worth saving 10% on. And do it all at once, tensioners the lot. Again, not worth saving 10% on.

As a "something else while you're there" - do the ratchet pulley on the alternator - costs a tenner but it's a major PITA when it goes.
