Hi guys can anyone tell me what the above means?

I would imagined it meant exterior lights side lights head lights etc all checked and all work fine.

Anyone have any ideas Please?

Update: Didn't read dash display properly twas one of my daytime running light bulbs out

We had this too(on our 500), the book goes on about oil pressure-not very helpful, more like worry, however(quick call to Fiat dealer, who kindly phoned me back without asking, must have caller ID), what the book should say first is;

Check ALL external lights including number plate lights, day running lights and brake lights etc?

would have been so much simpler?

On this subject, I've just replaced my sidelight bulbs with LED ones that have turned out to be 'not' warning free. What would be the implications of continuing to run them apart from the warning triangle and the 'check running lights' message? Thanks.
