I'm hoping someone here can help me , I've been searching and downloading manuals etc online for hours to try and answer this query.
I replaced the EGR valve on my 2006 1.3 Doblo recently (and what a pain of a job it was).
The bent pipe with all the holes in the end (sorry, don't know the name of it) which is inside the inlet manifold and feeds the exhaust gas back into the engine only had one hole open, so that probably explains the lack of air flow.
I'm having doubts that I refitted this pipe correctly though as in the frustrating struggle to get everything off I can't remember how it came out. Should the pipe be inserted into the manifold so that it points to the nearside or offside of the van?

Thanks
Mike.

I've changed a few and I yell you they are not very nice to change but I am struggling to work out what your saying, I know the pipe your on about and like you say, inserts in to the intake, I think it's with the other end pointing to the n/s of the vehicle

Thanks for the reply, sorry if I wasn't clear.
It is this pipe (nozzle?) at the very top of this image.

Having fitted a new turbo and egr and cleaned the holes in this pipe the van has an air 'whooshing' sound when accelerating now that it didn't before that seems to come from the area in front of the passenger footwell. I've checked everything is connected properly and I think it is more than likely that it can just breath properly now and its normal. Just wanting to make sure I got everything back together the right way.

Thanks,
Mike.
