Hello everyone

The passenger side electric window on my doblo (53 plate high roof, 1.9jtd) only opens about an inch or so - it just stopped going down any further one day. It is still going up and down, just not very far! Could this be this mysterious plastic clip I have read about in other threads? I'm off to the continent in a couple of weeks so it would be useful to get it working - makes paying for tolls, fuel etc easier.

If it is going down equal on each side ie not at an angle you need to take of the arm rest and panels to see if something is fouling or the wires have come off. There may be plastic to remove to allow you vision.

Thanks, I took the door card off but couldn't see anything immediately obvious... the mechanism just seems to struggle then stop.

Can you see if the wires are on the pulleys. Does the window look like it is out of the runner.
