I have re wired the engine management light to the sensor just below the injector pump using an LED from another doblo stuck in the back of the dash, sticky tape over the old management light...presto... Resistor between the orange wire on the ignition and the LED.

The clock is flashing but I have a spare, any ideas as to how to wire it to my own components?

I have an air bag light to do with a 555 timer...will let you know how I get on.

Its for off road so totally legal, the objective is to bypass the ECU and make my own.

The LCD clock screen is what I am trying to do any bright sparks know how to wire it?

If I could get a data sheet for the LCD it would be a doddle, no numbers on it hmmmmm.

Well I just put 2.5V to various inputs to the LCD display... Seems like a doddle, it did not blow up which ever way round it was wired.
I can write any numbers I want and run the LED back lights from the ignition switch.
Cover the flashing LEDs with tape on the circuit board... Sticky tape on the clock as I can't be bothered wiring in a digital clock.

All I can say is good luck with that, they are fairly complex.

They are complex but basically the crank sensor sends a signal to a computer and the injectors receive a signal from it, every thing else is secondary... Still we will see, I expect problems but will do my best. I am into playing with computer chips so enjoy the challenge.
