Currently restoring a 2004 JTD doblo

However when on idle, the entire engine, front running gear, infact entire van is juddering/rocking/pulsing

Drives fine, no eml on. and not down on power and runs great

raise revs above 1800 and it smooths out

possible engine mounts failures?

It is possible the "dog bone" mount at the back of the gearbox is gubbed.

That would cause back & forth movement of the engine & box, but only when in gear accelerating/decelerating.

Idle judder is what I have with mine and it's p*ssing me RGHT off. :bang:

The only thing I haven't changed is the glow plugs, but that's next.

It seemed to start after the re-map, so if it was there before, the map exacerbated the shudder.

It seems to have coincided with getting harder to start, no faults, no MIL, just a really irritating shudder at idle

I will get to the bottom of it then I will sell it as I am planning an old super car.....
