HI, new ish to the forum, have been sat here patiently searching and reading every post i can find relating the rear door locks on my doblo 1.2 petrol 51 plate. Only just brought it and inherited a few problems that i am working through.

I am guessing the previous owner has had the standard problem with the rear split door locks.
so.... the central locking works on all doors except the rear. so somewhere it must be disconnected which i dont mind. the key fits the lock and it turns slightly, after inspecting the mechanism it looks like a cable tye has been used, ( see pic) why this has been done i have no idea, so thoughts please. Also i only have a door handle on the inside and nothing to lock or unluck, just a hole above the handle. is this standard or am i missing the lock?
It also looks like someone has drilled a hole in the side of the door to gain straight line access to the alan key bolt.

Am guessing i need to buy a new lock mech
