Has anyone else fallen foul of the Transport for London Low Emission Penalty? I have owned a December 2001 registered Doblo car derived van since 30/11/13 and have been told that I had ignored the warning notice sent in February 2012 although clearly not sent to me! My VRD does not state either weight or CO2 emissions so TfL applied generic information. I am currently seeking this info from Fiat UK but just keen to know if anyone else has had a problem when travelling in greater London. Even the help line assistant at TfL finds it hard to believe. Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.
