I had the doblo into the garage yesterday to have a new Egr valve fitted as the old one was stuck shut and was putting the Eml light on but ran like a dream , started the doblo this morning and there was a strange noise from the back of the engine which stopped after about 10 seconds , the car runs very rough now at low revs , hesitating and jerkiness and about 1800 rpm a reluctance to rev until you get over 2000rpm , am I right in thinking a faulty Egr ? I just want it sorted so I can sell it and get something without a Dpf .

Now sorted with a quality pierburg Egr valve , I've been told by a mechanic to watch some of the cheaper parts euro carparts sell as they are poor quality .
