I've recently bought an 07 Doblo Cargo 1.9 and I'm gonna replace the front discs and pads. Is this fairly straight forward or a nightmare? Also can anyone recommend a supplier for the parts. Need to renew CV boots as well Cheers Glen

they're very straight forward, just like with most other vehicles. The problem i had with mine was getting the correct pads. Even with my reg number there was 3 different pads listed.

Ended up removing the original pads so i could get a better look at the shape & size. I bought Mintex, can't remember which part number

Hi mate, been a mechanic now for 18 years and look after a few doblos, and indeed drive one myself an 04 plate with 507000on the clock...

I agree that the fron brakes are no problem to do but i would advise you to buy the "stretchy" cv boots and the cone to fit them... available from most factors.....

This is because i have had problems before whilst splitting the cv joints from the shafts...... boots prob 8 quid each and cone 15
