:bang: Hi just taken a 2003 03 1.9 jtd doblo cargo it needed a new engine as bottom end no good due to cambelt failure, so sourced another engine and fitted today starts fine although alternator light and engine managmnet light on, ive got a spare alternator and so will fit that tommorow, lugged my scanner in and its riddled with fault codes and will only rev to 3,000 i cleared the codes and these codes below came straight back on, just wondered if anyone could give me a heads up as i think some may be the same problem.

The codes are p0101 air mass sensor circuit

p0380 plate heating thermostat relay

p0110 intake air temp sensor circuit

p0638 flow modification throttle

p0404 egr system

p0236 overboost valve circuit

p1612 fuel filter heating relay circuit

check fuse 11 (15amp blue) in engine bay fusebox.

Hi thanks for the response i checked all the fuses and they are all ok number 15 was missing so replaced it but its made no difference any more pointers or ideas gratefully recieved. cheers Dan

HI my mistake just charged the battery as scanner said it was too low to read ecu, cleared the codes ENGINE LIGHT OFF:slayer:REVS UP FINE:slayer: i,ll change the alternator and take her for a run thanks for all your help.....
